Knew I were a bit slow in posting this, but kinda busy these few days.
Some RJC student who I aren't even remotely related to ( She was my fren's acquaintance, if you consider that related =p) comitted suicide.
Feel kind of depressed and was drawn into deep thought for a moment ( Yes, I know I was foolishly sentimental, sissy namby pamby )
Wonder what possess the mind of her to brandish such a silly thought, so selfishly irresponsible and ridiculously unthoughtful.
One's sufferings, so minute and insignificant, yet compounded and magnified and heaped many times into her supposedly loved ones; One's sufferings, so transient as it ended with a swift decisive death, tranferred into the eternal regrets of her so-called beloved; One's sufferings, so easily resolvable by love and concern, turned into uncondonable, irreversible sins and guilt in her parents and friends.
Why didnt the parents understand her daughter's emotions? Why didnt her friends shelf out enough concern to save her from the tragedy? Why didn't the school and education system detect such flaws and prevent her ultimate destiny?
Why isnt she willing to open up and share her problems with anyone? Why did she turn out that way? Why dint anyone treasured her and made her feel life's wonders and meaning? Why?
The proverbial one's reap what one's sow is indeed materialised in this incident. Everyone related has a part to play for the tragedy, and is responsible for the hurt and pain that is going to haunt them for a long long time. For they could have dish out enough concern and remedies to salvage the situation, to prevent her pretty face from disappearing of this earth.
Unfortunately, life is often so full of things that we wish we had done, but didn't. And in her case, maybe it is the reverse, for if I were her, I would rave and curse and swear at my decision to end my life, when Im in the netherworlds.
For Life is wonderful, and exciting.
To my fellow homo sapien who has departed our company, rest in peace.
To those related to the unfortunate being, my condolences extend to all of you. No one is to be blamed for tragedies.
For tragedies are nothing but a combinations of many people doing what they should not have, and sheer lousy luck.
One tragedy is enough... hopefully, I wont hear of another one again.
