A most memorable day.

Not in the minds of everyone, but at least, in my humble opinion, yes, and i bet it concurred with quite a number of people.
Dat is, when the government has finally decreed that all are to serve 2 years NS, and those already in service gets a reduction.

Dat was the best news Ive heard for a long long time. No, I wasnt complaining why wasnt I borned later so I could enjoy the full benefit... to me, 2 months reduction is better than nothing at all. I know that in law making, ther's no way to make one that pleased everyone... and I was glad that I was affected by the policy. I might have not receive any benefits, u know...

It meant a lot of things. It meant frens who will be going off in August will instantly be gone. It meant my backpacking trip could be brought earlier, to the desired time of the year. It means, simply less shit. And I couldnt ask for more. One must be satisfied.

The 2 mths meant:
ORD, once a distant dream, now still a dream, but brought closer to reality.
